I want to motivate everyday people to lead healthy lifestyles where food can be celebrated, enjoyed and be nutritious all at the same time and along the way if I can inspire you to let out your inner child to play and to run in the sun and rain again, well then my mission will be complete.

Who We Are

Hi I’m Kim, author of RunFoodieRun where I share my love of healthy, nutritious food, my knowledge and experience with dieting, my passion for running and how leading a balanced life means keeping both your body and your mind healthy.

I know from years of yo-yo dieting that leading a healthy lifestyle and losing weight involves three important factors:

Reducing your calorie intake (yup going on the dreaded diet)

Increase your calories burnt (again, this is the exercise part)

Dealing with the calories in your mind (this is the part we all neglect that starts our yo -yo dieting experience)

Everybody in the developed world knows about diet and exercise regardless of whether or not they need to, obesity, diet and health related illnesses bombard us daily on tv & the radio, in the newspapers, on billboards and in magazines.
